The older I get, the more I realize that life is enriched around the kitchen table.

It’s the place where families gather to share their day and celebrate their milestones. Girlfriends meet with a piping hot cup of coffee to analyze and take a reprieve from the weeks events.

And if you’re lucky, someone will share parts of their life, their upbringing or their culture during a meal that evokes lifelong memories for them, and a world of education for you. And all this education will affect your view of the world.

I am a mom, a wife, a friend and a self-proclaimed foodie.

My marketing and public relations background afforded me the opportunity to learn about and explore food and cultures and the people behind them. My family encouraged it.

Growing up in professional kitchens with a father whose passion was to break bread with those he loved, admired, or anyone else who would sit down was my start. His commitment contagious.

My husband traveled the world at a young age. His adventurous side pushes my family out of our comfort zone, wanting to always try new things and explore new places. As a family, we love to meet new people and learn about them.
